Facebook Video Downloader is an excellent application that allows you to get lots of high quality videos from your Facebook account. The only con that I can see is that the free version does not have any storage capacity. You will need to buy the full version to be able to download your files. Facebook Video Downloader has great pros and cons but I am going to have a look at some of these pros and cons to help you decide if it is right for you.
One of the great things about Facebook Video Downloader is that it will allow you to download Facebook videos directly to your desktop or laptop so that you can view them on the go. I have used this feature many times on my smartphone, so it is very convenient. Another two that makes this app stand out is that it is actually freeware video downloader. This means that you will not be seeing any ads or spyware as some of the other apps can cause a problem with ad blocking software.
The cons with Facebook Video Downloader are that the free version does not have much storage and bandwidth and does not let you save videos in itube studio format. I would not recommend this app if you are looking to transfer large files. I tested the freeware version of Facebook Video Downloader and it does not work very well. The videos do load Tai video facebook quickly but you have to wait a long time for them to buffer. I also ran into a problem with the player Pro not being able to read the files, which means that you will not be able to watch the video.
The final con that I can find with Facebook Video Downloader is that there are only two output formats available. These arefreemake video downloader and freeware video format. The freemake format is pretty much unplayable on most versions of windows as it contains the Adobe Flash plugin. I am pretty sure that the creators of the freemake format know exactly what they are doing as it was one of the original freemake video formats and still to this day is one of the hardest to convert to different output formats. If you really want to convert to other formats then I would suggest using the freeware player as your conversion option as it will save you a lot of time and effort.
In short Facebook Video Downloader has only pros and no cons. It does not take up a lot of space on your computer and does work very well. It does allow you to download a lot of different file types and watch most video sites like YouTube and Vimeo. It does have a bad player but this is easily fixed and I don’t think that is an issue unless you want to convert the file to another format.
To conclude my review, I give Facebook Video Downloader a thumbs up as it does what it says on the tin. You can download Facebook videos, make your own video, share them and show your friends. So if you are looking for a Facebook Video Downloader then I would say give this app a go. The price is reasonable, the features are great and the functionality is good. If you do a lot of uploading and sharing on Facebook then give this app a go and see how much you benefit from using a video downloader app to save your videos onto your desktop or iPod for use offline.
